I "play" a lot more guarded now; taking slippery, muddy hairpin turns at a snail's pace; cautious on all downhills; careful on uneven surfaces. But I have had not even the slightest feeling of instability. I can't say what the future holds in terms of doing any road races and I can say there is no way I'll ever run a marathon again. Things are looking good though and going well and I certainly hope it stays that way!

It's been over a year now
Yep, that's right one year and one month has come and gone since my ACL revision. I'm doing quite well. I no longer have to need to wear the Don Joy brace. I've done some trail excursions without difficulty. I do feel a tiny bit of pain on the condyle area, but it's not debilitating and the frequency seems to be lessening. Work is going well and I am happy as heck not to have to wear the brace anymore.
